Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your makhwar. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because many pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery or color are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

To start a return, email us with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or provide the return address. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is on us; otherwise it is borne by the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in AED. Depending on your bank, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days. Where an order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount including shipping is refunded automatically.

Partial refunds (for one item out of several) are supported — the refunded amount always matches what you paid for the returned items.

Orders cancelled by Makhaweer for any reason (for example an item becoming unavailable) are always refunded in full, including shipping.
