This policy describes what personal data Makhaweer collects and how it is used. We collect only what is needed to run the marketplace.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number to fulfill the order, send order emails, and provide support. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never reach our servers.

If you create an account, your order history and any saved addresses are stored so you can view past orders and check out faster. You can delete saved addresses at any time from your account.

Vendors never see your contact details or full address: they receive only the destination city and country for the items they prepare.

We use only functional cookies: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, your language, and your display-currency preference. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations under UAE law. To request access to or deletion of your personal data, contact us at the address below — we will respond within 30 days.

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the store (payment processing, email delivery, shipping carriers), each bound to use it solely for that purpose.
